Canadian aerobatic patrol “The Red Indians” on CF-104 Starfighter
The Canadian “Red Indians” patrol is made up of four members of the Royal Canadian Air Force squadron who fly CF-104 Starfighters. Born in 1942 in Digby, the patrol flew Spitfires for offensive and defensive air operations in North-East Europe during the Second World War. In 1968, then based in Germany, the “Red Indians” were integrated into the Canadian Armed Forces.
