They carry a mixed Russia - France postage, made up of one of the two Russian blocks “2018 FIFA World Cup Russia ™“ and one of the two French stamps “Merci les Bleus” issued for the FIFA World Cup 2018 ©, canceled with special stamps from Moscow Domodedovo Airport “Finale France - Croatia“ 15.07.2018 and arrival in Paris “Merci les Bleus“ July 16, 2018.

40 copies were printed in "Prestige Silk Edition", for the reception at the Elysée Palace of the French Team (N ° FOOT18-3).
