General terms of sale

Article 1 : Order - terms of payment
The customer agrees to pay his order within a period of 15 days if he chose to pay by check or bank transfer, otherwise it will be canceled.
Your order will be shipped no later than eight days after receipt of the check. Orders paid by credit card are processed in the same time.

Article 2 : Means of payment
- Credit card (VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD)
- PAYPAL
- Bank check on an account domicilied in France.
- Bank transfer

Article 3: Shipping costs  - Delivery

For participation in postage costs, we offer different packages depending on the country of destination and the number of products ordered:

- FRANCE / Tracked letter (Following to mainland France, Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, SPM, St Barthelemy, St Martin, Mayotte, Monaco.)

- FRANCE / Registered letter R2 (With tracking number and insurance in the event of loss, theft or damage. Replacement or reimbursement in the event of loss up to €153)

- Europe, North America / International letter (Tracking for the following countries: DE, BE, CA, DK, ES, USA, FI, GB, IE, IS, IT, LU, MY, NZ, NL, PL, PT, SG, SE, CH, AF zone)

- WORLD / International registered letter R2 (With tracking number and insurance in the event of loss, theft or damage. Replacement or reimbursement in the event of loss up to €150)

We decline all responsibility for other damage that may come from the postal services (strikes, degradations, losses, ...).

Article 4 : Compliance
All our items are guaranteed authentic and conform to the description of the catalog and the online store. They are described with the utmost seriousness and the photographs stand as additional description.


Article 5 : Availability
All our articles presented on the online store are available except :
- special mention "OUT OF STOCK"
- sale in the meantime at our store
- computer error in the management of the stock.
In this case, the corresponding amount will be refunded or credited to you, depending on the customer's choice.

Article 6 : Claims
If an item doesn't give you complete satisfaction, it must be returned to us within 14 days after receipt.
The amount paid for the item (s) will be credited to your account or refunded upon request. After this 14 day period, all sales will be considered firm. The return costs will be payed by the customer.
In case of dispute, if an amicable solution can not be found, only the Commercial Court of Strasbourg is competent.

Article 7 : Any order placed implies acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
