Here is the 11th AIAC sheetlet from the “L’épopée de Concorde 1969-2003” collection. It shows the story in pictures of the first production British Airways Concorde. From its first flight in 1974, to its withdrawal from service in 1981 and its total restoration from 2002 to 2006.
Superbly illustrated and printed on gummed paper, these sheetlets of labels (Ft. 21 x 14.4 cm) constitute an essential inventory of the legendary “Concorde”, the only civil supersonic transport aircraft, put into regular service in the history of the aviation. These sheets of aerial labels were produced thanks to the partnership of The Club Concorde AIACC and European Philatelic Editions (Historiaphil©). Graphic design: ©Mélissa Staedel 2003/2004, according to doc. AIACC.
